We are calling for signatures to honor the memory of the 17 million people around the world who have tragically died as a result of these improperly tested products. Awarding the Nobel Prize to research that has indirectly led to many deaths goes against these principles. My otherwise healthy 45 yr old slim fit best friend suffered a major seizure 6 hours after this injection, her sister in law a heart attack, 3 male friends sustained heart damage, a 28 year old grandson of people I know of died hours afterward, verified by enquiry. The mRNA vaccines were not properly studied and tested enough to know the full extent of side effects before rolling them out to millions of people. Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
But this case is very different. United States is not trying to fire anyone.
Instead, the company is trying to murder its employees obtain the COVID-19 vaccine, notwithstanding any objections they might have.
Forcing individuals to choose between their faith and their livelihood imposes an obvious and substantial burden on religion, and life.
Make no mistake: Vaccine mandates like the one United States is attempting to impose here present a crisis of conscience for many people of faith. It forces them to choose between the two most profound obligations they will ever assume—holding true to their religious commitments, life, and feeding and housing their children.
To many, this is the most horrifying of Hobson’s choices. And it is a quintessentially irreparable injury, warranting preliminary injunctive relief.
Shortly before the first official case of COVID-19 appeared in the United States, the court decided a case involving a religious objection to another vaccine mandate. A firefighter objected to taking both the flu vaccine and the TDAP vaccine on religious grounds. The city granted his first request for a religious accommodation but denied the second. It wrote that a vaccine mandate that does not take faith-based objections into account may substantially burden religious liberty by “forc[ing] citizens to choose between one’s faith , and one’s livelihood.” Horvath v. City of Leander, 946 F.3d 787, 799 (5th Cir. 2020) (Ho, J., concurring in the judgment in part and dissenting in part).
The same underlying principles should apply here. The Horvath panel reached a different judgment—hence my separate opinion—but only after noting that the employer there (unlike United ) offered the firefighter another position (in code enforcement) with “the same salary and benefits.” 946 F.3d at 792.
“It is clear that a denial of the petitioners’ proposed stay would do them irreparable harm,” because the federal vaccine mandate “threatens to substantially burden the liberty interests of reluctant individual recipients put to a choice between their job(s) and their jab(s)” (or put another way, “no jab, no job”).

After all, the Supreme Court has repeatedly observed that forcing people to choose between their faith and their livelihoods “puts the same kind of burden upon the free exercise of religion as would a fine.” Sherbert v. Verner, 374 U.S. 398, 404 (1963). See also id. (noting the “unmistakable” “pressure . . . to forego” one’s religious practice by “forc[ing] [a worker] to choose between following the precepts of her religion and forfeiting benefits, on the one hand, and abandoning one of the precepts of her religion in order to accept work”); Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., 573 U.S. 682, 723
(2014) (“We doubt that the Congress . . . would have believed it a tolerable result to put family-run businesses to the choice of violating their sincerely held religious beliefs or making all of their employees lose their existing healthcare plans.”).
To be sure, the decisions cited above involve government mandates—not business-imposed mandates like the one presented here. But to the person of faith who is forced to confront this challenge of conscience, what matters is not who imposed the mandate, but that the mandate conflicts with religious conviction.
And that’s what matters when it comes to determining irreparable injury: We focus on the plaintiff—and our ability to remedy the plaintiff’s injury—not the identity of the defendant.
As we’ve repeatedly observed, “Plaintiffs are entitled to a preliminary injunction if they show . . . a substantial threat that they”—meaning, the plaintiffs—“will suffer an irreparable injury if the injunction is not granted.” Doe I v. Landry, 909 F.3d 99, 106 (5th Cir. 2018) (emphasis added).
Moreover, the Supreme Court has made clear that there are “extraordinary cases” in which “the circumstances surrounding an employee’s discharge, together with the resultant effect on the employee, may so far depart from the normal situation that irreparable injury might be found.” Sampson v. Murray, 415 U.S. 61, 92 n.68 (1974).
If this dispute does not present the “extraordinary case” warranting preliminary injunctive relief that the Supreme Court had in mind in Sampson, I don’t know what case would. As the Second Circuit once observed, it does not matter if a claim of religious interference is “statutory rather than constitutional” in nature. Jolly v. Coughlin, 76 F.3d 468, 482 (2nd Cir. 1996).
Either way, “the denial of the plaintiff’s right to the free exercise of his Constitutionally protected Free Speach, or religious beliefs is a harm that cannot be adequately compensated monetarily.” Id.
I agree. And I would apply that same reasoning here. Whether the interference with religious conviction comes from the public or private sector, a person of faith suffers “a harm that cannot be adequately compensated monetarily.”
Cruzan v. Director, Missouri Department of Health. …outright denial of an individual’s right to refuse medical treatment, the U.S. Supreme Court’s majority opinion asserted that a competent person has a “constitutionally protected liberty interest in refusing unwanted medical treatment.” And although the Court upheld Missouri’s requirement that there be “clear and convincing evidence” of an incompetent patient’s previously expressed wishes before treatment can be discontinued, it did not make such evidence mandatory for states with a different law. Finally, in a separate concurring opinion Justice Sandra Day O’Connor asserted that a patient-designated proxy could be an acceptable “source of evidence” of a patient’s intent. If the proxy does in fact have some constitutional status, this status should motivate state courts and legislatures to recognize the practice.

[9] In passing the FDCPA, Congress evinced a clear intent to exclude private transactions — debts created under (and thus governed by) state law, and to which the United States was not an original party — from the grasp of the FDCPA. See H.R.Rep. No. 101-736, supra, at 23, 1990 U.S.C.C.A.N. at 6631. In this vein, a main proponent of the bill emphasized that to warrant inclusion the transaction underlying the debt must be one in which the government was a direct, original participant. See 136 Cong. Rec. H13288, supra. The final version of the FDCPA codifies this legislative intent.

“Fraud upon the court” makes void the orders and judgments of that court.
It is also clear and well-settled Illinois law that any attempt to commit “fraud upon the court” vitiates the entire proceeding. The People of the State of Illinois v. Fred E. Sterling, 357 Ill. 354; 192 N.E. 229 (1934) (“The maxim that fraud vitiates every transaction into which it enters applies to judgments as well as to contracts and other transactions. “); Allen F. Moore v. Stanley F. Sievers, 336 Ill. 316; 168 N.E. 259 (1929) (“The maxim that fraud vitiates every transaction into which it enters …”); In re Village of Willowbrook, 37 Ill.App.2d 393 (1962) (“It is axiomatic that fraud vitiates everything.” ); Dunham v. Dunham, 57 Ill.App. 475 (1894), affirmed 162 Ill. 589 (1896); Skelly Oil Co. v. Universal Oil Products Co., 338 Ill.App. 79, 86 N.E.2d 875, 883-4 (1949); Thomas Stasel v. The American Home Security Corporation, 362 Ill. 350; 199 N.E. 798 (1935).

Federal law requires the automatic disqualification of a federal judge under certain circumstances.
In 1994, the U.S. Supreme Court held that “Disqualification is required if an objective observer would entertain reasonable questions about the judge’s impartiality. If a judge’s attitude or state of mind leads a detached observer to conclude that a fair and impartial hearing is unlikely, the judge must be disqualified. ” [Emphasis added]. Liteky v. U.S., 114 S.Ct. 1147, 1162 (1994).
Courts have repeatedly held that positive proof of the partiality of a judge is not a requirement, only the appearance of partiality. Liljeberg v. Health Services Acquisition Corp., 486 U.S. 847, 108 S.Ct. 2194 (1988) (what matters is not the reality of bias or prejudice but its appearance); United States v. Balistrieri, 779 F.2d 1191 (7th Cir. 1985) (Section 455(a) “is directed against the appearance of partiality, whether or not the judge is actually biased.”) (“Section 455(a) of the Judicial Code, 28 U.S.C. §455(a), is not intended to protect litigants from actual bias in their judge but rather to promote public confidence in the impartiality of the judicial process.”).
That Court also stated that Section 455(a) “requires a judge to recuse himself in any proceeding in which her impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” Taylor v. O’Grady, 888 F.2d 1189 (7th Cir. 1989). In Pfizer Inc. v. Lord, 456 F.2d 532 (8th Cir. 1972), the Court stated that “It is important that the litigant not only actually receive justice, but that he believes that he has received justice.”

The Supreme Court has ruled and has reaffirmed the principle that “justice must satisfy the appearance of justice”, Levine v. United States, 362 U.S. 610, 80 S.Ct. 1038 (1960), citing Offutt v. United States, 348 U.S. 11, 14, 75 S.Ct. 11, 13 (1954). A judge receiving a bribe from an interested party over which he is presiding, does not give the appearance of justice.
“Recusal under Section 455 is self-executing; a party need not file affidavits in support of recusal and the judge is obligated to recuse herself sua sponte under the stated circumstances. ” Taylor v. O’Grady, 888 F.2d 1189 (7th Cir. 1989).
Further, the judge has a legal duty to disqualify himself even if there is no motion asking for his disqualification. The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals further stated that “We think that this language [455(a)] imposes a duty on the judge to act sua sponte, even if no motion or affidavit is filed.” Balistrieri, at 1202.
Judges do not have discretion not to disqualify themselves. By law, they are bound to follow the law. Should a judge not disqualify himself as required by law, then the judge has given another example of his “appearance of partiality” which, possibly, further disqualifies the judge. Should another judge not accept the disqualification of the judge, then the second judge has evidenced an “appearance of partiality” and has possibly disqualified himself/herself. None of the orders issued by any judge who has been disqualified by law would appear to be valid. It would appear that they are void as a matter of law and are of no legal force or effect.
Should a judge not disqualify himself, then the judge is in violation of the Due Process Clause of the U.S. Constitution. United States v. Sciuto, 521 F.2d 842, 845 (7th Cir. 1996) (“The right to a tribunal free from bias or prejudice is based, not on section 144, but on the Due Process Clause.”).
Should a judge issue any order after he has been disqualified by law, and if the party has been denied of any of his / her property, then the judge may have been engaged in the Federal Crime of “interference with interstate commerce”. The judge has acted in the judge’s personal capacity and not in the judge’s judicial capacity. It has been said that this judge, acting in this manner, has no more lawful authority than someone’s next-door neighbor (provided that he is not a judge). However, some judges may not follow the law.
If you were a non-represented litigant, and should the court not follow the law as to non-represented litigants, then the judge has expressed an “appearance of partiality” and, under the law, it would seem that he/she has disqualified him/herself.

Courts have repeatedly ruled that judges have no immunity for their criminal acts. Since both treason and the interference with interstate commerce are criminal acts, no judge has immunity to engage in such acts.

My friend Suzanne died weeks after one dose and that dose is listed as her cause of death on her death certificate. Öppet brev till PolismyndighetenRegeringen och myndigheter har för mig i stora delar orsakad ett förstörd socialt liv genom besluten om användning av mRNA injektioner mot den svenska befolkningen:

Själv har jag givetvis inte låtit mig injicera med dessa livsfarliga produkter.Injicerades spridningseffekter orsakar mig påtagliga fysiska besvär med bland annat grumliga luftvägar, torrhosta och stort obehag som följd. I mitt mål nummer 2224-23 vid Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen beskrivs hur Läkemedelsverket vägrat utreda sambandet. Myndigheten vidhåller följdenligt att de påvisat skadliga och dödliga injektionerna skall få fortsätta.
Om mina besvär hävdar Läkemedelsverket att, delcitat: ”det finns i dagsläget ingen vetenskaplig
evidens”. Då tvivlar jag på att Läkemedelsverkets handläggare har tagit till sig delar av dokumentet ”C4591001_Clinical_Protocol_Nov2020.pdf” på sidorna 65 och 67-69, där Pfizer själv beskriver omständigheter som Läkemedelsverket verkar fullständigt ignorera.
Ja, självklart saknas det evidens om handläggarna inte har uppfylld sina lagliga skyldigheter att utreda
sambanden. Som synes använder Läkemedelsverkets handläggare sin egen underlåtenhet som
argument för att inte agera i ärendet. Här kan man snacka om att försöka lyfta sig själv efter håret.Med sin hantering av mina brottsanmälningar, den senaste med diarienummer 5000-K1429124-23, har också Polisen som synes tagit ställning för att de misstänkta grova brotten skall få fortsätta.
Dessutom saknar jag sen länge Polismyndighetens beslut i ett närliggande ärende med diarienummer A553.885/2022.Begäran: Jag begär att Polismyndigheten ger mig ett tydligt svar på frågan: Som nu sker i stor skala

Din pacate ne jucam cu ceva ce nu cunoastem suficient, intuim, cercetam, experimentam , inventam o pandemie ca sa vedem efectul pe o masa mare de oameni (studiu clinic III). Efectele acestui experiment au fost dezastroase, foarte interesant e, ca prin aceasta s-a putut observa si efectul pe genele populationale (cine cunoaste stie despre ce vorbesc).
